Cyclops from the X-Men X-Treme Mutant Cycle boxset
This supposed to have a motor cycle, which i don't have since i got this figure loose.
The Articulation is quite fantastic for this figure. Toybiz not just focused on the cycle's mold, but the figure's as well.
Unique costume design for the figure, not familiar with the artist though.
But with the X on his belt and a Visor,
