His arms are fixed in an awkward-upward position.
the arms separates when the legs are squeezed.
somehow stretching as part of his action feature he's supposed to be holding plastic man and trying to stretch a stretchable superhero (pointless IMO lol!) .
got this as is but in good condition.
probably the only DC Rubberneck Figure ever made.
