Arch Enemy of the Fantastic 4 Doctor Doom.
I'm not a fan of action feature, but this is one of those action feature that made sense. you make it work by rotating the lever at back and the hands simultaneously rotates. as simple as that!
whether he's holdin that power drill or that blade from a broken electric fan, he's definitely gonna beat his enemies. (in his case the super heroes)..
