Masters of the Universe Road Riper

from Masters of the Universe Original Series
Released by Mattel in 1984

Made 28 years ago but with a decent sculpt and a solid body, (back then plastic was cheap). not to mention the rolling action feature.

with a red Ripcord that propels the wheels to roll.

Authentic stamp of the company and year of release.

Missing some decals. and in a normal playware condition.

i'm sorry if it's a bit dusty considering 2+ decades of playtime and shelf-ware for this toy.

Neo Classic Iron Man

Hasbro Marvel Legends
Wave 3 (The "No BAF" Wave)
Released in 2012

The Rockman-Iron Man.

A great comic character captured here. well made but somehow the details are lacking. paint is loyal though. has a decent points of articulation as well.

His metal boots is big enough to balance even with using just one leg.

Head fits with the Hasbro movie Iron Man Robert Downey-head
Definitely a great addition to your armory.

Arnim Zola

from The Return of Marvel Legends 2012
Arnim Zola Build A Figure

Another uninteresting character that Hasbro cared to produce (and made it a BAF??!!). Arnim Zola, consist of 6 parts from each figure you would have to buy to complete him.

As for me i just went straight on buying the completed figure of him.

Hasbro should be given credit though, as this was well made. sculpt is fantastic. captures the very details of his comic likeness. as well as the superb paint. i love the alive-feeling of the body's head.

Comes with his i-don't-know-what-it-does-remote control.

I just don't get which head he uses for looking? seems really convenient though. wink. wink.

Venom (Mac Gargan)

From Spider-Man Series
Manufactured by Hasbro
Released in 2009

This is a totally different character from the latter Spider-Man series released by Hasbro. The Mac Gargan Venom.

Comes in the new slim packaging for SMC Hasbro line. with Spidey's picture printed brightly in front  and a simple print of the figures name in the lower front.

Good thing they didn't include an action feature for this figure since it being bulky and well made already is enough. nicely detailed and sculpted. with a long tongue sticking out of his head.
Also has a removable scorpion stinger.
With the usual simple description of the character's profile at the back and other figures from the wave.

Really quite the Venom you'd like.

Small Soldiers: Freakenstein

Manufactured by HASBRO
Released in 1998

Another great figure handed over by my friend Holy Sanjula,

FREAKENSTEIN from the Small Soldiers line.

Has a supposed to be pounding action feature in his left hand (or club?) when you push his button at the back, i got this with missing club (or left hand?) which is not really noticeable, since he's supposed to be missing parts. but the action feature still works, still another great catch for me considering the nostalgic factor of this line. ("it's always about the nostalgia").

He also has an interhangeable right parts-limb, (i assume it is since his right limbs takes off easily)

Notice how Hasbro did a good job specially with the sculpt, considering this was done more than 10 years ago. nicely detailed, and has a high plastic quality, has that solid-figure-feel. even the paint was nicely done, close to the movie version. (Hasbro was cool back then)

From the small timer-earing in the head to the heavy machinery on his back, to small simple details such as the knife molded in his hand and waist-skull. it was perfectly done!

Has the usual manufacturer's (Hasbro) patent in his foot.

Articulation is a downer but it really tops on other areas such as the paint, sculpt and definitely the fun factor.
Yes! derived from a Frankenstein concept.

Since an action figure replica of small soldiers characters weren't done, this is a as good as we can get from that movie, quite decent IMHO though. perfect figure, paint, and sculpt, really FREAKIN well done!
