Another unknown Spidey villain that sucks is Hydro-Man. made by Toybiz with a "Pump 'N Squirt Action"?!
Comes with an interchangeable Legs to a Water Base.
The water base was nicely done, though they could have at least used a clear-treatment for the plastic to look more watery.
The leg articulation is good as well as the head but the arms' has none to give way to the "action feature" thingy.
Good for an action poses.
Overall it would pass up as greatly done and a perfect addition to your Spidey villains.
