Small Soldiers: Freakenstein

Manufactured by HASBRO
Released in 1998

Another great figure handed over by my friend Holy Sanjula,

FREAKENSTEIN from the Small Soldiers line.

Has a supposed to be pounding action feature in his left hand (or club?) when you push his button at the back, i got this with missing club (or left hand?) which is not really noticeable, since he's supposed to be missing parts. but the action feature still works, still another great catch for me considering the nostalgic factor of this line. ("it's always about the nostalgia").

He also has an interhangeable right parts-limb, (i assume it is since his right limbs takes off easily)

Notice how Hasbro did a good job specially with the sculpt, considering this was done more than 10 years ago. nicely detailed, and has a high plastic quality, has that solid-figure-feel. even the paint was nicely done, close to the movie version. (Hasbro was cool back then)

From the small timer-earing in the head to the heavy machinery on his back, to small simple details such as the knife molded in his hand and waist-skull. it was perfectly done!

Has the usual manufacturer's (Hasbro) patent in his foot.

Articulation is a downer but it really tops on other areas such as the paint, sculpt and definitely the fun factor.
Yes! derived from a Frankenstein concept.

Since an action figure replica of small soldiers characters weren't done, this is a as good as we can get from that movie, quite decent IMHO though. perfect figure, paint, and sculpt, really FREAKIN well done!
